PlanNavi is a Northern Ireland planning guidance tool for architects, planning consultants, and property owners.

PlanNavi is developed and operated by Ross Gribben. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Location data. With your explicit permission, PlanNavi accesses your device GPS to place a pin on the map and check planning designations at that location. Location data is processed on-device only. It is not transmitted to our servers, not stored, and not shared with any third party.
In-app purchase status. If you purchase PlanNavi Pro, the transaction is processed entirely by Google Play. We receive only a confirmation of your purchase status from Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store any payment card information.
Nothing else. PlanNavi does not require an account. It does not use analytics, advertising SDKs, cookies, or any tracking tools. We do not collect usage data, device identifiers, or any information that could identify you.
We do not collect or store your name, email address, location history, device identifiers, usage behaviour, or any other personal data.
Google Play Billing handles in-app purchases. Google's own privacy policy governs how Google handles your account and payment information.
Map tiles are loaded from OpenStreetMap/MapLibre tile providers as part of normal map display. This involves standard HTTP requests from your device to the tile server, identical to any mapping application.
Planning designation data is queried from NI government open data sources (OSNI, NIEA, DfC) using only a geographic coordinate. No personal information is included in these requests.
PlanNavi does not collect personal data, so there is no personal data to retain or delete. Your Pro purchase status is held by Google Play and governed by Google's retention policies.
PlanNavi is intended for planning professionals and property owners. It is not directed at children under 13.
